The EarthVideo is a NTSC video input LCD controller. It allows 640 x 480 and 800 x 600 active matrix TFT LCD's to be driven directly from an NTSC video source. The source may either be composite or S-video. It provides the best quality video display available on an LCD today. Utilizing the latest in video decoder and line doubling technology it provides crisp rasterless video of studio quality. Applications include security, video kiosks, and automobile television applications. A low noise singe input switching power supply design allows the board and LCD subsystem to run off of 12 volts DC. |
